These terms are between you and Coeleste (operated by Matt Weir / Fulcrum Insights for this dogfood release). By creating a workspace or clicking accept, you agree to them.
Coeleste is a read-only data workspace. You connect business systems. We sync records into a warehouse you control and let you report, search, and ask questions over them. We never write back to your systems.
Coeleste is not a Business Associate and does not sign Business Associate Agreements in this version. Do not use it if you are a healthcare provider. Do not sync patient health information, medical records, ticket notes about patients, clinical documentation, or mailboxes that carry that material.
If that data appears anyway, we will delete it when we find it or when you tell us. A policy in these terms is not a technical guarantee that nothing will ever land. You are responsible for what you connect.
New workspaces start in structured mode: ids, dates, statuses, amounts, companies, devices, meeting transcripts, meeting notes, vault notes, ticket notes, and similar facts. Meeting transcripts, AI summaries/notes from those same meetings, vault notes, and ticket notes/descriptions land as searchable text in your warehouse (SQL), not as embeddings. We do not ingest email bodies or file attachments unless we later offer that as an explicit, separate product and you turn it on.
The first person to sign up for a workspace is the owner. They may invite others. One email address belongs to one workspace in this version. You must have the right to connect any system you authorize. You keep ownership of your data. You may export or ask us to delete the workspace.
No scraping us to train models, no breaking in, no using the product to store secrets you would not put in your own PSA, and no connecting systems you do not administer. Read-only is the product. Circumventing it is a breach of these terms.
This release is early. It may change, break, or pause. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data beyond a reasonable rebuild from your source systems, or consequential damages to the extent the law allows. The service is provided as-is.
If we change these terms in a material way we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the workspace.
